The October meeting of the Fostoria Coin Club was called to order on October 21, 2024, at 7:30pm by President Brandeberry, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. There were 22 members present.
There were no members on the sick list. The minutes and treasury reports were reviewed and approved as read.
OLD BUSINESS:
President Brandeberry clarified that the ANA Award was indeed for 60 years of being an ANA member and not just for the club's existence.
President Brandeberry presented Vini with a Lifetime Membership plaque.
SHOW BUSINESS: March 23rd, 2025
Vini presented an overview of the Coin Show and committees:
Publicity – Sara – 5 newspapers, facebook
Duplicate Members Table – Eric
Bourse Table – Cody $45/table
Hall Setup – Vini – at least 5 rooms, but can access more-set up starts Sat. night
Flyers/raffle tickets – 2500 – Phil Cole is donating proceeds from upcoming club auctions to this cost
Tickets will be available at the December meeting and members need to sell !
Sign in sheets – will keep using
Security – RSS
Electrical – Gary
Volunteers are always needed!
A Show Chairman is still needed.
Red Books – 4 are left for members but new ones won't be available til after the show

Website is up to date.
There are free coin boxes available from Vini
