The October meeting of the Fostoria Coin Club was called to order Monday, October 16th, at 7:30pm, by President Brandeberry with the Pledge of Allegiance. Twenty-four members and one guest, Bob Ricker, were present. The minutes of the September meeting were read and approved. Treasurer Gaietto then read the Treasurer’s report, and it was also approved by the membership.  Next meeting will be held on Monday, November 20th, at 7:30 PM at the Learning Center.
 
There were no members on the sick report, and there was no old business.

Show Business -
Date of show will be March 24th, 2024
Set up will be 23rd
Cole will provide the tables
RSS will provide security
Sara Hess will handle the food
Vic donated raffle prizes
Raffle tickets will be available at the December meeting
Last year there were 15 dealers, at $45 per table
The club discussed the number of raffle tickets to order and it was decided to lower the number to 2500
100 Flyers will be ordered

New Business -
Two new members were voted in but were not present - Tim and Angel
Gary showed a 1937 3-legged Buffalo in AU50 condition
Chuck talked about the 2023 cents that have an extra "v"
186 have been submitted for grading so far
Bank penny boxes were available to any members who wanted them

Harry and Gary motioned and seconded to adjourn. Door prizes and auction followed.
