December 18, 2023 Coin Club Minutes

The meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm by President Chuck Brandeberry with 20 members and their family/guests present. November minutes were read and amended to include that Joel Dean Riley was a guest at the Nov. meeting and would be voted on tonight. The treasurers report was read and approved.

Sick List Phil Cole is in the hospital in Florida. He will not return to Ohio until May.

Old Business None

Show Business

• Annual show is March 24, 2024

• Raffle tickets and flyers will be available at the January meeting

• Tables will be picked up the day before the show

• So far, 1 dealer has paid for 1 table

• Gary reported on the Wooden Nickels - they will be done in color and the total is $202 plus $30 shipping, and should be sent in time for the next meeting

New Business

• Joel Dean Riley was voted in as a member.

• 2024 Officers were sworn in. There were no members who chose to run so the 2023 officers remain in position as follows: Chuck, President Harry, VP Vini, Treasurer Christie, Secretary Cody, Sgt at Arms

• Dues are due. $5 for Senior members, $1 for Juniors. Please pay Vini as soon as possible

Meeting was adjourned with motions by Tom W/Roger K. Santa passed out gifts to all members. Door prizes were then awarded. A delicious potluck buffet followed.
